Solar+Wind Plant is being developed by VBC LDA in cooperation with Electricidade de Moçambique (EDM). VBC is developing a Market Study, the Concept Note to evaluate the ideal ratio between Solar and Wind source as well asthe Environmental Screening to assess the best location in the region to guarantee the land.
